Why don't you shut up?

We all have a demon inside us, and we all need help from time to time casting it out, especially when it has its grip on us. It is our own egos.

What you need to cast it out is perspective, the one thing you lack when you are in its grips. So that perspective must come from another. But you can use your own reactivity as a trigger to get some perspective on yourself.

I think Lacewing could even find that dialogue interesting.
Absolutely. We don't need to be preached at. Sharing viewpoints in a balanced way is very inspiring.
INFORM us HOW, EXACTLY, is TELLING "others", 'There is NO one truth', NOT 'preaching' and IS 'sharing viewpoints'?

Iwannaplato to Walker wrote: Sun Dec 18, 2022 8:53 amSo far I have seen a reaction to DS I share.
Several people have commented in the same ways about dattaswami, but Walker is fixated on making a big issue out of my response.
Iwannaplato to Walker wrote: Sun Dec 18, 2022 8:53 amYes, I think Lacewings FU is mirroring the FU that DS is implicitly giving people here.
:) You see and hear what Walker apparently cannot.
And you can NOT see and hear what "others" CAN.

Unless you've thinking you've taken in some outside entity, the demon is a part of you. So, there's always integrating the 'demon'. Often when stuff gets shoved down, repressed, it seems in essence violent or evil. Casting out portions of yourself seems rather depressing. And since they can't really go out, then they are put in some kind of metaphorical prison. Prisoner and guard, what a waste of energy.
