Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.

What did you say? And what did you mean by it?

The head has no owner, except as a half baked crazy idea known as a concept.

From inside a head, it's really hard to get a handle on what's going on, on what's actually happening, surely it must be a bit cramped in there for a 'person' to fit comfortable in such a confined space as a head. You'll not be able to know the outside from the inside. There is no outside to be known from inside the head, the inside the head can only be known to be on the outside.

Your presentation skills are woeful.
Maybe you should try to find someone more experienced to present this?

Here's my feeling about it.
When a half baked crazy idea has been festering inside a person's head and they finally come to speak it out load they find it difficult because the verbal cortex knows that it is bollocks.
When it is just internalised the ideas can thrive within their own idiosyncratic internalised "logic", but when the ideas are verbalised they sound like idiocy.
Your stumbling approach and faltering with words says a lot more about the failure of the concepts than text very could.
Maybe you have been isolated too long through the pandemic. But it is not too late to go into the world and re-socialise you brain.
Good luck
After reading that, I feel quite ashamed of my pathetic efforts to upset him. :)
I am sincere in wishing him luck.
We've seen this type of self destructive thinking all too much and I feel sorry for those mired in its depths.
My comments might seem strident, but they are an honest response.

It seemed like you were saying there is nothing new under the sun. I wondered if you wanted to hear anything new. If you had any desire to. Perhaps you are satisfied and have no yearning to hear, read, feel something new. Perhaps not.
What isn't working for you?
As far as I am aware, I am at present fully working and functional, I'm sure I would drop down dead if I wasn't, and that would probably be a good indication that I have stopped working, even though I would never be able to tell myself I have stopped working, I only know I can stop working because I know I am working and I cannot stop it.
Ok, that sounds like a fairly minimal criterion. Often people can go to work, take care of their hygiene move their bodies, but still they would say that some things are not working for them: socially, spiritually, yes, even physically, psychologically. I wondered if you had something that was not working, that was not being helped by the ideas that you say have been around forever.
Thanks for the run down on stuff, but I'm actually not interested in anything new to be honest, todays newspaper is tomorrows old story, I'm done with story time. I just want to live the rest of my life in a dream world doing nothing, if it's all the same to you. Which is probably isn't by the looks of it.

Don't take anything I say seriously unless you want to be serious. I'm just bleating whatever comes out of my mouth in the immediate moment.
So, when you disagree with people, or judge them or utter words that judge them, it's not serious. OK.
You had no name to identify yourself with at your birth, so who told you you exist...it wasn't you, it was your name that was given to you by your parents, and they were informed by their parents...all the way back to the first person.

That's what I meant by WHO TOLD YOU?

Will the very first person who was ever born please stand up, and explain who birthed you, or did you birth yourself?

Bye the way...your responses are all a story happening for you there, they are not happening for me here. Just saying...
It's like I am meeting someone whose done a little gestalt therapy, meditated for a while, listened to some Westernized Zen workshops (Allan Watts-ish stuff).....all back in the 70s.

So, you encounter someone and you assume they haven't already encountered this kind of pseudoprofundity. Or has experienced less of whatever processes you went through to arrive where you are now. But you're not correct.

The questions and insight in your questions here are so old to me. I have experienced them perhaps much more than you and decided that something new was needed but these old tired Eastywesty memes and games did not get at things I wanted gotten at. They just attempted without saying it to disconnect the limbic system from expression.

And then I encountered things that were not around even 100 years ago. Now these 'things' fit my desires and needs. They may not be what you want and need. Fine. But it is beyond your comprehension, it seems from the way you interact with me, that understand at a physical/experiential level what the memes you are parroting are for and do. No, you encounter someone who disagrees, so you throw a tool at me assuming I have never encountered this before.

And this from someone is so much pain, who has episodes of devastation, who thinks life is horrible.

Yet, in the void you encounter someone/thing and you first instinct is to pontificate. Fine. It happens. But next is to continue, despite cues that you haven't quite encountered something like this before, pontificating, taking the teacher role, parroting something you have been told is THE TRUTH, even though this truth hasn't touched your pain. It is still there seething inside you.

It is rude, but that's less important than how unkind you are to yourself.

No, that's fine. I think it needed to be said, clearly like this. If that is your goal, then by all means go for it.
Of course, you are not doing nothing, certainly not here. You are telling people all sorts of things about themselves, what is true, what isn't. That's a lot of doing, even affecting other people.
But, if that is your goal, then I support you in that goal.
I might suggest that other people might have other goals so what you present as universal truths might not be.
I hope that's all right with you. I do notice that sometimes you say it is.
But other times, it is clearly not.
Good luck finding a way to do nothing completely.

Nope, I'm never being serious, I never take myself serious, it's others that tend to take me serious, I've often heard others saying to me, you cannot be serious, are you serious...and I'm like, no not really...are you?

Thanks for your that, but what I am supposed to do with it, I have no idea, I guess it needed to be said, to be unleashed, so go for it, whatever you want to get off your chest, feel free to release it anytime, because that's exactly what will be happening for you there. As for me here, I'm just reading your story.

We've seen this type of self destructive thinking all too much and I feel sorry for those mired in its depths.
My comments might seem strident, but they are an honest response.
There is a difference between saying, "this is my view", and, "this is what your view should be, otherwise you are wrong".

I don't like it when people use forums for proselytising, so I'm afraid I don't wish him any luck at all.

Yep. your not telling me anything I don't already know...I've read your response in full, it's full of the same old worn out concepts and clichés just more boring human story telling.

Yep, I'm a right son of bitch to myself, I fucking despise myself, I hate being alive, it's totally offensive to be stuck in this painful meat grinder of a machine, and so I'm going to call it out for all it's worth, which is worthless and nothing.

It's weird what some people find useful and others don't. I liked watching Roy show up..pop up on my screen of awareness, for me, it's always nice to see a different view of the same place. We're all here in the same place you know, different views are projected but without a projection screen for them to be viewed upon where does anything happen?

You would sometimes worry me if I didn't know that you are never being serious.

There's that positivity I'm told the nihilistic have in such abundance.

I'd give it a 👍 but I think a ☢️ is more appropriate.
