Really? Discussing ideas is the same as I ain't got a clue? On what planet? Exactly what idea was asked to discuss? What idea is there in Duh! And how many responses on just this thread are much more than Duh! How many of the posts on this tread are written about the objective, the actually provable facts in how people think, instead of gibberish by people who dribble nonsense about my subjective responses to those ideas? Which has any relevance, usable fact, or talking about shit that changes and has no accumulative relevance? Not one of you picked out the relevant. Where in the hell is an idea to discuss in the chaff? Which part is even worth talking about?

If you don't know why you might start with respect when someone asks you questions, I am afraid I won't take responsibility to help you with that basic issue, since you have already dumped some rage on me that, obviously, was originally triggered by someone else, and certainly long before you joined this forum.

Interesting analogy. You seemed incredulous that anyone would expect an individual response. I don't think most people like to be wanked on, take it or leave. But there are a few out there. I am sure you will find someone who likes being pontificated over.

So, people want to know about so called altered states of consciousness?

I started at the age of 8. I asked myself two questions over the years I was studying it.
my first question was, Can one practice the modification of behavior while dreaming, as many people just do not have the time in real life situations, to examine things before acting.

another question, can dreaming be used for any worthwhile objective purpose at all?

And, I examined not only the differences in perception, what senses I could dream in, and can one dream in a single sense, etc., or even practice, as I ask, mathematics while the body slept.

I was slowly introduced to the idea, that one does not always dream alone. And it came to a climax when being fully awake, that I was interrupted and informed, not by words, but by a virtual simulation, that I was just moments away from being killed because of an action I choose, based on information I could not even see. Within seconds, my brains were about to be splattered on my own wind shield by a car I could not possibly see form where I was at.
I was virtually given a choice. Immediately change or ponder the mysteries of "epilepsy while fully cogitative (you people are so funny) and die.
I learnt to ask questions, get answers in visual metaphor, which I would think about and even verify when awake.
At one point I did for awhile practice simply closing my eyes posing a question, and I did get a visual metaphor, but only until I answered the question, whose information does a person rely on? Their own, or some thing else, no mater what the source, so once I made the answer clear, it went away. We act on our own knowledge. That is why it mystifies researches and people who have the experience fail, because the point is, are we aware that we live by our own perceptions, or not? So, if you were an intelligent species, would you be the religious moron teaching an inferior species to dribble at your word because they were too stupid to learn thinking for themselves? If you were trying to evolve a species to become literate and mentally functional, would you pick a dribbling moron to cultivate?
The Bible tells the reader, that no one will be able to read it until they learn judgment, learn literacy. Yet every one I know, and the fools here believe that judgment is words in a book, someone else job, and just to shut the fuck up and do as you are told. To be, politically correct.

Having a conversation one has to respect knowledge boundaries, while not surrendering to the temptation of surrendering their own responsibility of knowing and judging.
Something that if find rare among normal people. So yea, people do communicate with other forms of life, but yes, it confuses them because they expect the wrong thing from it. While the majority, cannot tell the difference between thinking and having a delusion. This is why one is told, in the Bible, to verify what you believe to be the case. A rational person, can sort between a simple dream, and something else, and also, these folks are trying to teach us, and very discretely, they do not chat with anybody, The only English statement used, was the question I got.

Now, why visual metaphor, and why is it a vastly superior form of communication? Because it is akin to reality, you reveal, you judge, you are not told shit in words you choose what they mean.
I realized, it is only used as a very advanced form of education, and one is continuously tested for their responses. They cannot move on in there lessons until they have passed the previous lesson.
It is akin to being awake, and you have the exact same responsibilities in both.

We are wholly responsible for our own behavior. My quest is to learn about how we can be true to our own work as mind. I do not give a shit about empty words, from gods, men or aliens. I do not care, as Plato said, if I learn it from a rock or tree, but I do care if it is true or not. I only quote to show that I am not alone in my beliefs, and to demonstrate how far back in our history they go.

I do not practice bull shit, and I have a low tolerance for it.
