corporations are set on a path to get more and the only thing that holds the people in charge back from doing what they would do, is getting caught and doing jail time. therefore all is fair for the love of moneys, influence and power.MustaphaTheMond wrote: ↑Wed Apr 13, 2022 11:08 pm I have just published a piece on Medium where I examine the totalitarian, pervasive nature of the corporation in this masterpiece of paranoid cinema.

What an utterly useless and pallid point of view - you could apply your twisted thinking to ANY topic and admit defeatism that "whatever you think" is completely irrelevant. Not only that, but you've missed the point of the piece which was to analyse the film and its reflections in the real world.DPMartin wrote: ↑Wed Apr 13, 2022 11:23 pmcorporations are set on a path to get more and the only thing that holds the people in charge back from doing what they would do, is getting caught and doing jail time. therefore all is fair for the love of moneys, influence and power.MustaphaTheMond wrote: ↑Wed Apr 13, 2022 11:08 pm I have just published a piece on Medium where I examine the totalitarian, pervasive nature of the corporation in this masterpiece of paranoid cinema.

right, what I've just told you is the real world, truth is always boring to the utopian dreamer where the world is supposed to be according to their own judgement of what they think it ought to be. so they and all who think the same may become disillusioned when their expectations in perceived entitlements aren't fulfilled by the world they judge.MustaphaTheMond wrote: ↑Thu Apr 14, 2022 3:52 pmWhat an utterly useless and pallid point of view - you could apply your twisted thinking to ANY topic and admit defeatism that "whatever you think" is completely irrelevant. if you see the truth, except it for what it is, then one's expectations can be well founded with peace of mind.
