I agree. Sculptor, who has apparently known me for 20 years complains that I've never said a single thing in protest of these wars, not even a peep. Funny, I don't remember seeing him saying much about the war until just now. Of course, I haven't paid close attention to everything he's posted, nor do I know him, so at least I'll admit to not knowing his past stance.

If you really care about those people, then I suggest standing up to voice out against the Taliban's brutality. Excusing their behavior certainly doesn't accomplish anything worthwhile. You can worry about US atrocities when it makes sense to worry about them. Right now the people facing death are facing it from the Taliban.
