Of course you did. That's probably where you picked up one of the twisted ego-maniac god-wanna-be spirits that possesses you now.attofishpi wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 1:01 pmOf course, I used to live in one.HQ wrote: Would you be willing to spend a night alone in a remote house that is supposedly haunted?

Re: The Book of Questions
4. If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience would you do so? If not, why not?
4. Which is more important: actual experiences, or the memories that remain when the experiences are over?

No.

Of course, I used to live in one.
Note Lacewing above (the coloured bit)...where you omitted the part (contradicting, among other things where you were so keen to project your bitchy side) I made it CLEAR that I don't believe in spirits.Lacewing wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 12:39 amOf course you did. Your are such a hypocrite since you have stated at least twice prior that you will not interact with me - indeed FUCK OFF and stick you your word . Go join a forum that does not require a comprehension of logic, perhaps the magazine Cosmopolitan has a forum section which would suit your ilk.
BTW Henry - full marks on creating a very interesting and fun thread - best ignore LWs contempt for it.

Oh look, the 3rd of the three Amigo's has turned up just on cue...thick as thieves, like birds of a feather, stick together, who are so far up their puffed up male arse holes, they can't stand a bit of female poking fun and criticism. Not very ticklish are you.attofishpi wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 3:29 am

While Lacewing does occasionally like to take umbrage with some of the ideas floating around this forum biosphere. She has every right to do so.
If you are going to talk in public about your obsession with invisible people who are voices in your head then you are going to be mocked. Why be a big blubbering spoilt little cry baby about it, just accept that people have different world views and you are not the only person on the planet who is wise. You have gatecrashed many threads on this forum with your bullish attitude.. it's all just a bit of interesting fun you know. Did you ever learn to roll with the punches, or do you enjoy the takes two to tango blood sport. If you insist on taking the bite everytime, that does not give you an excuse to then turn into some vile disgusting rude spoilt little brat with a bad case of the temper tantrums.
Why don't you FUCK OFF to a religious forum, instead of demanding everyone else to leave, you moronic freak.

You are the master of all masters at pulling off the comtempt tactics, so smell your own brain farts, why don't you.attofishpi wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 3:29 am

As for your website, blog, book or whatever that ridiculous link you keep repeatedly peddling on this forum.
What is your agenda. Are you trying to tell us something?
What is it you think you know that you need to inform us all?
What is it you think you are trying to show us?
Is it something special that you deem worthy of selling?
What exactly is it, that you believe is worth buying?
Are you just another con-salesman?
*Why are people always trying to SELL YOU SOMETHING?*
* these are the only questions worth pondering. Why are people always trying to sell you something in the context of knowledge.
As if they have it and you do not.
And Henry, if you think I am messing up your thread, then you can always re-post that ridiculous picture of drain cleaner again, you know, like the one you used to mess up my thread with. I know you do not like other people to think for themselves... so you resort to calling them a bad person who is in your eyes, just a liar...

Re: The Book of Questions
Sorry Henry, a fun and ìnteresting thread that you created appears to be no more than a slagging off by people incapable of arguing rationally (AND within the relevant threads) on ideas that conflict with their own preconceived ideas of reality.
Woman's Day forum might even be a little difficult for them, ya know if someone suggests a handbag, and their confusion arises in thinking it's a hat.

Of course it is actual experiences, other_wise, you would not even have the opportunity for the experiences to remain as a memory onward.henry quirk wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 12:52 am 4. Which is more important: actual experiences, or the memories that remain when the experiences are over?

Re: The Book of Questions
I've always maintained the best threads are free-wheelin', where folks go where they like. If it pleases DAM or Lace or anyone to believe they're pissin' in the cornflakes: good on them. Me: I'm just gonna post a question a day and let it all play out as it will.attofishpi wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 11:10 am Sorry Henry, a fun and ìnteresting thread that you created appears to be no more than a slagging off by people incapable of arguing rationally (AND within the relevant threads) on ideas that conflict with their own preconceived ideas of reality.

Worst comes to worst: I can dump the two into my penalty box with the other four. They could still post, but I wouldn't read 'em, wouidn't even be tempted (cuz, on my screen, they'd be gone).

What argument? It's a bunch of questions that Henry won't even answer himself... but you are his willing puppet.

Re: The Book of Questions
A human who loves a pig gives to that pig the attention that an animal cannot give to the pig because humans are made in the image of God, and animals are not. That is the reasoning.
You offer personal belief, irrelevant noise about the thread and those whose contribute, but no response associated with reasoning.
Be the Nike.

Re: The Book of Questions
No, you dumb kunt, the human loves an animal to satisfy it's own need for attention. Loving other sentient creatures is a human distraction that is needed to stave off being otherwise bored out of their mind which is uncomfortable for them. Animals do not desire or draw attention to themselves, because they are not needy like humans are. If they are needy, it is because human have conditioned them to be like that. Humans have exploited animals, like they do children for their own selfish vanity, satisfaction and need. The animals are just going along for the free ride.
Humans need distraction because their brains evolved to get very large, the human brain simply got too big, so their attention span needs constant stimulation, they are always seeking things to fill their super huge attention span. Their inner void is a much larger vessel than that of an animal.
While humans seek the company of some animals, lobsters not included. They do so because they are lonely insecure and needy. They turn animals into their play things, anything to amuse them or distract them from their otherwise boring reality. Just try being a dog or a cat consciousness if you want to know what reality is really made up of.
Humans are deluded, they are quite happy to give up their personal sofas, and generous hospitality to these creatures...
But couldn't give a fuck about these creatures....

I've heard these creatures are not welcome on peoples sofas either....

Re: The Book of Questions
Seems like the only possible reason that the minority non-religious humans would sneer at all the other people who are religious is because of a sense of superiority and elitism, a sense of having evolved further.
Based on this premise, as yet unrefuted by fact and rationality, it follows:
Census of world religions:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_r ... opulations
Party affiliation among Democrats:
https://www.pewforum.org/religious-land ... filiation/
Ergo: Most Democrats and atheists are elitists who feel superior, and more highly evolved, than other people.
Thing is, it just ain't so ...
