The Green Economy and Society

Post by RWStanding »

The Green economy and society
Today as never before we have a fundamental choice in how we organise society.
In the past we lived in our immediate environment and social group, and had no concept of the whole world.
We can live in a globalised society centred on some form of Big Brother.
We can lived in a globalised society centred on autonomous individuals.
We can live a globalised society centred on the local community and culture.
<>
If we assume the global good has priority over national good.
If we assume national good must have priority over local community good.
It has radical implications for the whole of humanity and the environment.
It will herald in the mass-global society that may only be sustainable in an artificial environment.

Who the hell is, "we?" And what makes them think it is up to them to decide anything for anyone else, or that anyone else wants them to?

Well, heck: why would we think somebody "global" in power has ANYBODY'S best interests but his own in view? Why would we think being ruled from Brussels or Beijing is better than being ruled nationally or locally?

The globalist movement is just insane. There's no other word for it.
