How can you confront and not judge?

Just went through ALL of the related posts upon this thread. I can't find the word judge where it relates as an adverb to something I was doing...

Matter of fact, I can't find the word judge anywhere in this thread.

The only two spots where anything having to do with judgement appear here;

Look, I respect your judgement, your opinions and your beliefs.

I'm not here to change those beliefs/opinions or to question your judgement.

...and obviously, in these two contexts I'm not doing the judging.

Look, I'm not here to judge you. The point of this thread was to confront - and I think all of us can agree I NAILED THAT!

...let's take my advice...Let the emotions cool-off.

I cannot say the same for yours.
I'm not here to change those beliefs/opinions or to question your judgement.
Which is why you are not a philosopher.
I stated, rather clearly, I will philosophically CONFRONT your beliefs.
Which you haven't.
That ability to logically & philosophically confront ALL that we know as true - that, THAT is one of the true beauty's of REAL philosophy!
Since you cannot confront a contradiction in your own thoughts I'll treat this as the gnu guff it is!
Does that act ruffle feathers? - YES!
No, it just induces pity.
Does that force individuals, at times, to confront themselves? - ABSOLUTELY!
All it's done is convince me that you are incapable of confronting the logical contradictions and philosophical inconsistencies in your thoughts.
Why do you think REAL philosophers such as myself have been persecuted throughout history? - even put to death!
 You delusional loon! NPD remember. By and large this is not what has happened to the real philosophers.
It is obvious to me that this thread is just too hot to handle for some members here.
It's obvious to me that you are incapable of living-up to your challenge.
That's NOT a knock on you or anyone.
You delude yourself, as your pointless platitudes show.
That's just the way it is...
Oh come now, it's all internal to you so why can you not change things?
Let's let this thread cool down a little bit. I think some of you have gotten a bit too emotional.
You mistake philosophical conversation for your feelings.
And I can't retrace my steps. I can't and I won't take back the philosophical truths that I have expounded!
That was not your challenge? Care to explain why you say 'I am' is false and yet in your last post claimed that you were?
Now. NO APOLOGIES! - I warned you - this thread will cause you to confront you most deeply held beliefs and opinions.
No apologies offered, as those beliefs and opinions were arrived at exactly thorough the study of philosophy and as such have already been rigorously confronted. Still waiting for you to come-up with something concrete to challenge them?
...and it did.
Not so far it hasn't but surprise me O' gnu.

Fear and hate are two sides of the same coin.

Obviously I struck a deep fear within you by making you challenge one of your most tightly held philosophical beliefs.

It's embarrassing to have that exposed - I GET THAT.

You have a presence here upon this forum and some of your deepest fears have been exposed by me.

We can't undo this. This is where we are at.

Sometimes I forget just how powerful I am; how powerful words are...

Let's just walk away, let this thread cool down, and eventually everyone here who has been exposed to this thread will forget it and we will all move-on.

Let us begin...

You can keep saying this but it still makes no-more sense unless you answer the question I always ask when you repeat this, 'What's the coin?".
Obviously I struck a deep fear within you by making you challenge one of your most tightly held philosophical beliefs.
Which one?
It's embarrassing to have that exposed - I GET THAT.
What's this 'I' you talk about?
You have a presence here upon this forum and some of your deepest fears have been exposed by me.
Name them? But since this is a philosophy forum not a psychoanalytic one I'll take this as the psycho-babble it is. Just you playing your nasty little gnu games.
We can't undo this. This is where we are at.
Undo what? You really need to stop using this 'we' as you don't even have an 'I'.
Sometimes I forget just how powerful I am;
Not for a moment do you leave this delusion, NPD remember.
how powerful words are...
Not for you as you say they are all lies.
Let's just walk away, let this thread cool down, and eventually everyone here who has been exposed to this thread will forget it and we will all move-on.
You wish.
Let us begin....
Still awaiting this philosophical challenge you threw down?

You're welcome, Bill. Actually I have not understood why it should be an incorrect statement: even if we are consciousness, when we die we have not consciousness any more. As Hammock wrote in another thread I started, consciousness is basically experience, and that's the very reason we cannot experience death, because death is the end of our consciousness too.
You hit on something quite important there. Consciousness and experience are synonymous with self, awareness, perspective, and ego too. They're all perspectives on the same thing.

Sooner or later you have to die.

Actually, this phrase that you submitted is in relation to one of my most strongly held philosophical beliefs.

Matter of fact I remember creating one or more threads in direct contrast to the statement you used.

Philosophically, youwhat we identify as ourselves, is consciousness.

Haven't fount it yet but there is a thread here that I posted a while back, something like; What if were possible for us to experience death?

Won't bore you with the details but suffice to say, we never die.

We cannot experience death so this is all we know. Or will ever know; our eternity.

So actually, Sooner or later you have to die is an incorrect statement, philosophically speaking.

Thanks for playing...and I mean that.
That we cannot know or experience our own death does not mean that we don’t die nor have to die.

Bill, here’s an easy one for you. My strongest held belief, one that I take on blind faith instead of on reasoned argument, is:

God is good.
