non-sequitur! that man has not scientifically found something, does necessarily indicate, that it doesn't scientifically exist. the secrets of mind and consciousness still escapes man's science, so you can attest with certainty.

but as to robots, they are just like washing machines, but they shall be more capable than just washing machines or man, as they shall have more complex autonomous systems than washing programs or mans 'will' to continue evolution faster than biologically slow human race and other evolution structures. they shall not need humans or other flora and fauna in the near future. we need robots and other artificial intelligent agents and strucutures so badly that this is happening to us now. long ago human race has also began to blend with other machines to become more and less human. tools, eye glasses, prostheses, artificial body parts, mobile devices, swarm intelligence via global internet,..

I conclude that all human actions are caused by human needs. Therefore we have no free will, we are simply machines waiting for our need for 'x' to reach a certain level at which point we must address it.

What are your thoughts on this theory?

Well first I'd say that the only things humans need are, in the order of immediacy, Air, Water, Food and Shelter, and that's it! All other things are wants and desires; luxuries.
