The General/Particular Dualism
The General/Particular Dualism
To generalize a series of phenomenom under x is to reduce the series of phenomenon to a particular given that x as a general must now relate to further generals thus acts as a particular. All phenomenon are both generals and particulars simultaneously as two different things in two different respects.
