Are the transpersonal ruled inherited by society the standard of intelligence simpliciter? Thus, to memorize what is standard is genius?

It's a serious question. Searle claims "we must admit when we have learned something." In contrast, Heidegger and everyone else doubt whether there is real knowledge, since being is always changing in toto.

Can we have really reached peak intelligence? And if that is the case, what can the subsequent decline mean for the future of humanity?
