lotta thinkin', not all of it good, falls under the umbrella
Can be. Soviet Russia was certainly a gulag. And Cuba is, right now. And Venezuela. And North Korea....and...

one man's society is another's prison
Hey, what have all those places got in common? Oh yeah...Socialism.
I have no problem with Socialism (expansion of Middle class is result - which i welcome), as long as i have personal liberty (to shout on the corner all matters of filth - to be a racist dick i want to me - to aquit a man i know is guilty as juror, know the law he violated is utterly shitty and "no law at all".............etc (so i pay more in taxes to expand the middleclass - since tricklshit is bullshit - fine, i pay more taxes as my civic duty for the betterment of my nation.
BTW all goverments govern by the consent of the governed, when they no longer it is an inalienalbe right to revolt and overthrow it! (God bless the NH State Constitution for affirming this right).
Henry and I agree upon the nature of the Bill of Rights BTW - it restrains the right of rule of our Gov by affirming the rights of persons liberty outside the legit roles of gov rule.
9th amendment remains my fav. and the most neglected!

yes Virginia, there are LIBERAL Libertarians (Me), as there are Conservative ones (Henry).
