Fortunately for all of us who have a will, it's not how things are. Even the collectivists do HAVE the will...they've just used it to rationalize abdicating their personal responsibilities. Even then, their responsibility doesn't go away.

I am a heterosexual male human, and if I was to be sent to stranded on an island with just one other human that I could choose, I would choose a heterosexual female. That is my kind of companion.

My point was that there are different kinds of humans but every individual may [and must] choose to be the kind they are, "within the limits of their own ability and physical possibility." One cannot choose to be tall if they are genetically short, or male if they are born female (in spite of what is taught today), but one can certainly choose how they will behave. A preference or desire does not cause anyone to behave in any particular way, they must choose whether or not to indulge that desire on the basis of what is really in their own best interest.
