The Human Solipsism
I sense the presence of the human solipsism which is a solipsism that is not pathological in the sense of the psycopath. It would consist of an ethos that does not care to be superior or to have pride of place for its own sake. A pure logos type might seem like this solopsist. Since they don't care to contest poltics and are not effected by the passion to show one's group as superior. However, the logos type has a kind of passion, a wreckless wish to supress all errors in reasoning, not merely at the level of a formal logic, but in a freer and higher sense. In this love of reason the logos type has a kind of wild madness for reason. Yet, I sence in being this solopsist who is not a logos type. This type has no normal intrests. Yet, they do not make claims to be free of all other beings and to exsist alone and to be god. Yet, they likely sense the identity of themselves and the way the world is themselves very much more than do we mere logos types or philosophic ones.

You are right but the old secular ways have no intent on surrendering its supremacy that the world and man in the world is the ultimate in human consciousness. Man on earth is an animal necessity. It has the potential to graduate into a conscious necessity: able to connect levels of reality. But it has no intention on sacrificing its opinion of itself. But regardless, it is our evolutionary potential if we survive that long.TheVisionofEr wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 2:13 am I sense the presence of the human solipsism which is a solipsism that is not pathological in the sense of the psycopath. Not sure what anything here has to do with secularism or Laicite which I understand as a regime of ordering political life coinciding with the post-Hobbesian settlement in America. No one now or at any time understood themselves as an animal, and everyone understands themselves as a speaking being. Speech coincides with the understanding which posits the political order by ordering the chaos given by the eyes. Of course its true many people talk of being animals but it is just blather and has nothing to do with reality. It links only as a polemical term signaling antipathy with other understandings or speeches about the ordering of life. None of this is much to do with the issue as I understand it, since it does not happen on the level of the interpretation of things visible to the eyes, but of the principle of the ego.
