Doesn't matter. You're an upstanding moralist (not a good thing in Flash's book, synonymous with crapsack).Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 3:51 amYou forget; I'm not a Trumpian. Re: Trump: acquitted
He's MUCH more intelligent than the rest of the candidates, he knows how to promote himself, politicians are only used to make half assed deals and doesn't know shit about good PR, promotions, manipulations, why they have spin doctors, advisors etc etc for very simple things that Trump already knows, which is why he can easily beat them.
The trade deficit has become greater and USA need trade partners and black markets to trade in dollars, else their currency will inflate. So USA is extremely frail and they have lost much good will around the world and soon they will face backlash.

I think we'll see some turnaround in the next four years. Despite resistance, trade imbalances are gettin' rejiggered and rebalanced and good will -- a subjective, dicey, thing -- will return because of it.
Generally, the more consistent we become in our policies, the more consistent they'll be in theirs.

No, you gave a whole buncha out of context quotes.Arising_uk wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 9:40 amI just gave you a few hundred?henry quirk wrote:

I know for a fact most or all are out of context cuz I heard Trump makin' some of those comments on *C-SPAN, and -- in context -- none of them are lies. Politifact dis-embeds quotes, deprives them of proper context, solely to discredit, and therefore has no credibility.
Try again.
*raw, unedited, news feeds...no commentary, nuthin' out of context...no commercials...no talkin' heads...just events as they happen or happened

MORON
Re: Trump: acquitted
Trump is as guilty as hell.
What happened with his acquittal demonstrates the failure of US democracy.
When a matter of law is mediated by a political vote this abuses the most fundamental principle of modern democratic governance.
The president is now above the law. This is exactly the characteristic failure of governance that the US revolution was designed to avoid. When the King can act regardless of law, then we have a problem.
As bad as it is the UK last year demonstrated how things should be done. When BOJO prorogued parliament, his government had to face a legal process that found the government in breach of the law; Parliament was re-instated.
Trump's crime is on a massively greater scale. Not only was his actions in the Ukraine specifically designed to subvert free and fair elections, but he also failed to co-operate with the legal process by failing to provide information.
