How do I reflect with my mind if my mind is full of zombie parasites...like really infested? I mean the zombie parasites are saying you must be a god considering you always claim to be right...how do I get over them so I can take you seriously?

How do I know that modulating the zombies parasites is really them preparing for a surprise attack? What if the zombie parasites want to be modulated and are actually feigning being weak? Like zombie aikido...
