Obama, who selected Jones to be a Czar, made some good points, too.

For instance he said, if you like your plan you can keep your plan, and if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor, period.

That was a good point, however those who saw through it, saw it was not a waste of breath.

Instead, it was a lie to fool the gullible, and it achieved the objective.
Those gullible were Democrats.
Not a single Republican voted for the lie.

Do you detect a pattern in history, or because it is not spelled out to your liking and festooned with citations from Dem approved sources, are you blind to the pattern?
Yeah. A lot like that lie a more recent presidential candidate told a bunch deluded coal miner sons about getting them their daddies' jobs to do.
One half of one percent.

Kind of says it all, doesn't it.

I honestly don't know what you are referring to, it seems to say pretty much nothing.

I was impressed, uwot, that you maintained a calm and logical approach for as long as you did in the discussion you are referring to.
Thank you.

And accurate.

Perhaps we shouldn't be so harsh on the poor lamb. It may simply be his puny anterior cingulate gyrus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kI-un8rHP14

You're just frustrated because your video sucks in every way that counts, and you're too small to admit it.

Gee, that's too bad. You should have listened, and if I could think of a reason to, I would do you a favor and repeat.

Maybe you can review in your spare time.

Do try and keep up.

I don’t know much about facebook but I happened to see a facebook story while perusing the daily proferrings.

Apparently there is a movement of folks leaving the Dems.
They briefly tell their stories, here.

And it’s called, #WalkAway

Dems who woke up.

Now, that Trump has made it trendy, they can show their ugly side all the time. There is no good side left.

Gone is the day when they at least tried to follow the bibles verses. That's gone....terrifying if you ask me. People who have no moral compass and no bible to tell them right from wrong...there is no going back from here...
Yes, the issue is when people are no longer responsive to reason. Once that happens, there is only conflict. You cannot reason with the seriously religious - not by their very principles. So the public conversation is descending into shouting matches because there is nothing else once reason is abandoned.

It is ironic that the more fervent the religious, the further they stray from the tenets of their religions. Jesus mostly spoke about helping the poor, the oppressed, the rejected and bullied.

However religious neocons have aligned with the Pharisees - focused on bleeding hearts, guns, snowflakes, permission of hate speech, feminists, queers, rag-heads, welfare bludgers and abortionists. Like the Pharisees, they are certain of their moral high ground while actually operating antithetically to their supposed creed.

Meanwhile, the religious ones who are actually doing good are comparatively moderate and relaxed about the religion itself, being more passionate about people's wellbeing than politicking.

Ironic.
#WalkAway  (sorry, I like the name so it makes me laugh)

In reading over some of their stories for the first time, I see many are the victims of hatred.
That's sad, that the Left has to hate.
Some of the stories of loss are sad.
A brutal Liberal hypocrite, or one who has the self-evident Designation, might even call them poor lambs.

Just think about that.

Many are the victims of hatred.
What causes hatred?
A: Ignorance.

It took hatred against them, to wake them up to what Flimflam means, when manifested within the scope of their own vision.

Thus, the necessity of all that exists, even what you don’t personally cotton to, such as incoming irrationality and ignorance.

Check out what the folks say. Here’s your chance to finally educate yourself about what’s happening now, and challenge the old reliable canards that support the ignorance that foundationalizes The Comfort Zone.

Wow! I do, as if this "resistance to the country" is where your political discourse is devolving to then you're heading at the worst down the civil war route or at best a balkanization of the US, either way the end of the US as a geopolitical force. Not that it would be surprising as your last civil war still festers in your country and this Republic of States has never been a very stable structure for any nation that wished to be a nation. Still, will make for interesting times as China will take the opportunity to take the international centre stage and sadly enough America will be held up as the example of how Liberal Democracy is unsuitable for managing large populations as it couldn't even last a few hundred years.

Don’t worry.

Trump has it under control simply by following rule of law.
Giving the Supreme Court a conservative majority for the first time in ages is going to help.

Because all the Trump denial is hate-based, it will sink itself.

That’s what happened to slavery, despite all the Democrat resistance to the contrary.

Bit of a simplistic explanation.

Does hatred mean the same regardless of who it's coming from? Can you answer this honestly?

Trump follows the rule of law? I thought he liked to make it up for himself as he goes.

As usual, you're not speaking the truth. Much of the resistance to Trump is based on logic, not hate. People have good reasons for opposing his ideas and policies. Opposition does not equal hate -- but you're probably too shallow to understand that.

Does your own opposition always manifest as hate?

Somebody ought to market a cream or pill for that!

This discussion is a waste of time. If you want to have productive conversations with people whos viewpoints differ from yours, which I seem to recall was the point, most of the poeople posting here are not the correct interlocutors. Walker is a fool who is not capable, and the people being dragged this way and that by him are too brittle.

All flash and no cowboy.

I think the video and Van Jones background is a fine highlight of leftist hypocrisy that defines and advises conservatism, so kudos to uwot for that.

That folks have no supporting facts for ancillary assertions is no skin off my nose.

It's just a curiosity when a thread founder undermines his own thread with distractions.

No, it's not.

Resistance to Trump is based on hate.
Evidence abounds.
There are even stories of Americans declaring their Trump hatred when traveling abroad.

Trump is doing a fine job as president.
All indicators are up.
Honest folks are impressed.

Sadly, you assert without evidence.

Thank you for a demonstration of unreasonable responding.

Rather than acknowledging the points made, let alone addressing them, you obfuscate and try to shift the agenda.

It's okay to be more aligned with the Pharisees' approach than Jesus's - people hold all kinds of views. Still, you should admit that you see the story of Jesus as one about a bleeding heart leftist liberal troublemaker.
