You cannot admit that cultures can change, because that would allow the possibility that they could change now. That there is nothing to stop black people adopting the culture of white people, or vice-versa. But if you cannot admit that cultures can change, you cannot explain how all these different cultures arose in the first place.

However, the blacks themselves are preventing other blacks from creating a more white-like culture.

I have a black friend, we discuss this sometimes, of how blacks shame other blacks for being interested in things like math and books. If you hate learning then you are "keeping it real". It's a hyper-athletic culture.

Let's talk about segregation.
Why is segregation viewed as evil, terrible, and wrong for the blacks?
Segregation would be, giving 10% of the countries land to blacks and letting the blacks make their own society.
Blacks live in peace and harmony with each other. Whites live in peace and harmony. But why does it smell...wrong...evil?

What Trixie wrote is deeply revealing of patronising attitude which is not as bad as actual cruelty but is oppressive.
But when black skinned people have learned to live in an environment as enriched as some white skinned people's environments the black skinned people are as able as the white skinned people.

Your examples of post- colonial misrule was caused by the white ruling classes failing to adequately prepare governed classes for self rule. Education and skills matter. Government and admin are learned skills.

As I grow older, though, I have come to realize, unfortunately, that most whites -- not because of genetics, but because of indoctrination and a dysfunctional culture -- are morally bereft. They regard themselves as entitled to a superior position in society that they were never able to earn on their own merits, but which they stole, by committing genocide against Native Americans, kidnapping and enslaving Africans, and brutally exploiting Chinese immigrants. The whole history of white supremacist America is firmly founded on lies and violence. Then, after hundreds of year first of slavery and then of Jim Crow which deliberately consigned blacks to inferior living conditions and education, Whitey has the unmitigated gall to blame blacks for inferior living conditions and an inferior education!

If you ever want to come down from that lofty height you might want to consider joining Narcotics Anonymous or Alcoholics Anonymous, should either apply, I understand both have a great program for confronting narcissistic ego defect. As for myself, I've had no part in slavery or Jim Crow law and in fact have rarely met a Black; I humbly apologize, but I have enough on my own plate and am in no position to act as the savior of the Black race.

I have a chronic illness and will most likely need a very pricey and dangerous surgery before the new year, again. I'm up by 3:30 in the morning to be at locations for 6 AM and often come home close to 10. I have a family to take care of. I'm involved in various projects and committees and what not. I'm liable for taxes in multiple countries. A grant application, a draft presentation, and a proposal are due by the end of this month. The roof is leaking. The front brake disc needs to be replaced. And dinner needs to be cooked.
