Another point is, corporate folks don't want to rock the 40% boat until every clue has been analyzed, and the trajectory of every bullet simulated on a computer graph, just to make sure everything is legally verified and can be supported in court, before releasing any official conclusions that may in some way damage corporate interests.
You live in a very strange world over there as over it's because it might well prejudice any trial.

Thanks for sharing your impressions.

My impression? I'm dealing with a last-word freak.

We'll see if that's confirmed.

Yes we did. And likely will again.

So let it be written …

:D

No autopsy results.
No toxicology results to reveal Valium saturation. (suits)
And even if he was on drugs, the argument has been made that 40% of the pop. is on drugs.

Authorities can’t find a motive.

Looks like President Trump was correct yet again.

An act of pure evil.

Guns were the method, just as the tools of white vans and explosives and even drills are methods, but are not inherently evil.

Given that folks in the US have a right to bear arms, and given that statistics reveal increased gun ownership correlates with a decrease in gun violence, then obviously the thread premise is correct, and more guns bring less trouble.

Evil brings hell, as seen in Las Vegas.

In a country where folks do not have the right to own guns, talk of gun ownership and the effects of increase, is moot.

That about wraps it up.

Like I said then but don't forget those 32,000 a year that die from guns. More than have ever died in your wars but don't let that stop you from looking for external enemies as that is all that sustains you as a nation.

What do you take this to mean? That he was overcome by the Devil and made to act with violence?

Oh please. The constitution doesn't even say that. In fact it's pretty difficult to decipher exactly WHAT it's saying. It certainly doesn't look to me like it's saying every individual can own as many guns as they want, plus, their definition of a gun is hardly comparable to the tools for mass murder that you idiots collect like other people collect dolls and coins. And when was it written? You might as well say that because cavemen did something then it's ok for us to do it too.

And what about that thing those idiots love to say, 'guns don't kill people, people kill people'. No, but guns make it a heck of a lot easier. 'Nuclear bombs don't kill people--it's the people who drop them that kill people'.
Frankly I don't give a rat's arse what their gun laws are. The more the merrier :)

Ok. So this is considered normal in the ' home of the deranged and land of the intellect-free':

Right.
Weapons are necessary but not sufficient for weapons to kill people.
Human killers and weapons are together necessary and sufficient for killing by means of weapons.

The minds of many Americans are passive victims of NRA propaganda.

This is a well-known anecdote about Trungpa Rinpoche:

- Known for Crazy Wisdom, among other things.
- It's about guns, among other things.
- Illustrative of, the world is in you.

It's a simple thing, Walker. Large corporations like the NRA, and many others, use propaganda. I read a brief speech by a NRA spokesman who was urging the use of prayer as alternative to banning guns. Given American religiosity this was probably effective propaganda among a large cohort of Americans.

Both guns and the constitution predate the NRA.

The NRA presents a POV, as do other organizations, such as unions, or religions, or even the NFL whose players and personnel often gather to pray before and after games.

Are you asserting that all messaging by organizations is propaganda?

Or, is the NRA presentation in some way different from other organizations, that qualifies its messaging as propaganda?

Or, is throwing that word around (propaganda) simply virtue messaging, and the meaning really doesn't apply to the NRA any more than any other organization?
