That's not what PC is. The right can never be PC. They are detestable, but it's not PC detestable. The 'right' are openly vile and don't care who knows it. The PC are just as vile, but they try to hide it with a sickly sweet facade of moral superiority and zealous virtue.
How's this for PC. School librarian Liz Phipps Soeiro rejected Melania Trump's gift of Dr. Seuss books.
''Soeiro then explained her issues with Trump’s specific choice in books, calling Dr. Seuss “a bit of a cliché, a tired and worn ambassador for children’s literature,” and suggested that Trump could have reached out to Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden to discover other options. Additionally, she wrote that “another fact many people are unaware of is that Dr. Seuss’s illustrations are steeped in racist propaganda, caricatures, and harmful stereotypes,” linking out to the article “Is the Cat in the Hat Racist? Read Across America Shifts Away From Dr. Seuss and Towards Diverse Books.”
Nauseating cow even looks PC. Is there any such thing as a normal American?
Oh, and here she is being a gigantic hypocrite. A PC hypocrite? Isn't that tautology? Surely no one would stoop as low as to use children to push their own self-serving political agenda?
All Dr. Seuss books are creepy and inherently EVIL.
I'm surprised that you are behaving like such a ****, attacking a person who you do not know
Silly 'logic'. I know enough about her to know that she's a phony and a PC hypocrite. I dislike her by her actions and words, just as you seem to dislike Trump (among others) because you don't like what he says and does. Anyone can have a charming personal facade. It usually means nothing.
And what on earth are you talking about? Dr. Seuss books aren't written for adults, although I still love them and they can make me laugh. I learnt to read with one book, 'Hop on Pop'.

'Most' covers a hell of a lot of literature.
Okay then, Miss pedantic, "a lot of".
'Creepy' is an adult concept. Children decide what they like. It's disgraceful that the PC thought police get away with using children to push their own social engineering agendas.

Contrary to the view of some round here, I am an adult.

I wasn't trying to make a point of any kind, I was just making the observation that -from the perspective of an adult- kids' TV programmes (please note spelling) can be weird.

I wasn't referring to you. It was just an observation about the PC lobby. No need to be touchy

She’s a Progessive. Nuff said.
Fox News SPIN. You should have more respect for yourself.
Looking out for me, from within your world of understanding, pointing out the inherent evil of the things written, that I read. I’m touched. Evidence of good in the world, too. The world is within.

If the murderer had been a Muslim then mourners like Sir-Sister-of-Suck would be political too.
In what way would 'Sir-Sister-of-Suck' have been political?
I don't necessarily mind immediate activism, the problem is misunderstanding the intention of the other side. Few politicians are rejecting all these gun-restriction proposals based on a belief that they would in fact prevent shootings like this - they're rejecting them because they don't believe they would. You'll hear it all the time from republicans, libertarians, and the more blue-dog democrats that shooters like this would simply get their guns from the black market. It's not to say I agree with that argument fully, but it may be even more relevant to this particular case, because at this point I don't believe we even know if his guns were obtained through the black market. It's why I said it doesn't really add anything to debate, because the sheer number of mass-shooters in America is not applicable to the arguments of most pro-gun legislators.

I would say it's more of a symptom from poor-education and coddle culture, but I agree with you completely that there is plenty of PC outrage within conservatism as well.

Sorry, I must have misunderstood what you had written. I must have thought that in your opinion people should be passively sad and mournful about the Las Vegas murders, instead of blaming the perpetrator and his easy access to guns.By "political" I meant that political activity is what will set up guards against both terrorists and too easy access to guns.
The Las Vegas murderer was not suspected of terrorism, and he was white . Plus, Mr Trump and the gun lobby don't want gun ownership to be shown to be bad. To imply that it is in bad taste to do anything besides mourn helps the gun lobby.
That's just because it fits the story line of the Wizard, and sounds better than clicking the heels of ruby slippers and chanting, "I do believe in dystopian fantasies, anti-Trumpism, anti-NRA."
The bellicose bellow, show me this evil.
Well, just open your eyes.
The only 'evil' I see is you allowing madmen guns so they can kill with ease. And you do it all knowingly.
Would madmen still be able to get guns if against the law? Sure. But it would be no where near as common as it is now...each year getting a little less common as guns became more scarce.
Not that I am advocating less freedom....only that if you want more guns then don't fucking cry about mass shootings. I hate the hypocritical fake fucking cry babying bullshit.
