You can't judge the BBC on any content intended for American consumption as it will obviously be dumbed down.bobevenson wrote: If the BBC doesn't control BBC America, I guess they don't give a flying fuck for their despicable reputation!

Please, you live in a tyranny with no access to guns, and you can't get any dumber that that!

Having never had any desire to shoot someone, I can't say I feel deprived due to my lack of access to a gun. There is also the added bonus of the greatly reduced chance of me being shot. If this is tyranny, I can live with it, and probably for longer, too.bobevenson wrote:Please, you live in a tyranny with no access to guns, and you can't get any dumber that that!

You may never have had the desire to shoot someone, but the day may come when your government's tyranny reaches the point of no return, and the only way to regain your freedom is with the gun you have never been allowed to own.Harbal wrote:Having never had any desire to shoot someone, I can't say I feel deprived due to my lack of access to a gun.bobevenson wrote:Please, you live in a tyranny with no access to guns, and you can't get any dumber that that!

If it ever becomes too dangerous to go out on the street without a gun I'll just stay at home and watch the BBC all day, all safe and snug.bobevenson wrote: You may never have had the desire to shoot someone, but the day may come when your government's tyranny reaches the point of no return, and the only way to regain your freedom is with the gun you have never been allowed to own.

The difference is that we've got guns and you don't, and please don't make the ridiculous comment that our guns are no match for the government's armed forces!Arising_uk wrote:You mean like the one you're about to get? When I said ridiculous comment, I meant the kind you just made, but please, don't make me patronize you by going into details.uwot wrote:If you mean the 4500 nuclear warheads the US government maintains, frankly, my money's on the government, Reverend Bob.bobevenson wrote:...please don't make the ridiculous comment that our guns are no match for the government's armed forces!
