Who is a better judge of your life: yourself or someone else?

My thoughts would be yourself because who else would know more about yourself than you? Do you have a different opinion?

I think it depends on what about one's life one is judging.

If one is judging what one wants as in what goals to pursue, oneself will typically be the best judge.

If one is judging something like why one is having difficulty attracting romantic partners if that's the case, someone else might be a much better judge.

Yes. Who knows more than you about you? The example is obvious, parents stoping their children when they know it's the right thing for them. A teacher when he see the problem in his student mind, etc.
