Including consciousness, yes. Both patients and doctors note how particular brain states (in the wake of injuries, for example) affect consciousness.

Consciousness is one of the things that's accounted for by physical facts. (Which I'm stating that way because I'm not a realist on physical laws.)

If you don't experience any consciousness, that's fine. You must be a robot of some sort. Some of us experience consciousness however.
