Waitrose Brittany butter with sea salt crystals
Sorry about the Waitrose bit but I just love the floor service, hate queuing behind fat bastards at the tills who can't equate a tipper load of shite with their and their kids figures, although think the staff at my superstore ASDA pretty good and shop at Lidels for quality single items and staples. What a London pseud snob!

Six pack of 1 gallon bottles of cheap cola, enough packets of crisps to feed an army for a month (only the disgusting flavours, of course), baked beans, frozen chips, frozen fish fingers and a full tree worth of celebrity gossip magazines.Arising_uk wrote: hate queuing behind fat bastards at the tills who can't equate a tipper load of shite with their and their kids figures,

Does yours have the the old guy in the beige body warmer who monopolises the reduced shelf and it doesn't matter what day or what time you go in he's always there rummaging through everything and throwing stuff all over the place?Arising_uk wrote:You've been to Tescos then!

Oi! There's some truth there(but not the beige as I prefer the camo, you never know eh!) as when divorced, unemployed and living along side the prole I ate rather well from my local Sainsbury's reduced shelf as the stuff fell right between my areas classes, so Beef Wellington and package chunky roasties for brekky anyone, great with a cheeky morning blifter.

I'm not knocking the reduced shelf, it's just that I can never get near it because of the old git in the body warmer. I'm the old git who's left staring at the stuff nobody else wants.Arising_uk wrote:Oi! I'll have you know that it's hard work finding the good stuff!!

What do you think?
He does like to give opinions but does not everybody else here do this too?
He may not be a philosopher but does he have to be one just to post here?
Bill may not be the most academically qualified poster here but he is an important member of the community
And so therefore he should be free to express himself exactly how he wishes just as we are free to do likewise

Re: Does Bill Wiltrack pretend to be a philosopher?
Since this is a philosophy forum, then he should set up more threads based on philosophy (except here in the Lounge and above). What you're describing takes away from this forum because then there would be no difference between this forum and nonphilosophical ones. Importance is merely a matter of opinion and not relevant to this forum because potentially everybody is important. What counts the most is the debate and ideas, not goofy, stupid links and vids/cartoons.surreptitious57 wrote:He does like to use links but there is nothing wrong with that now is there?Philosophy Explorer wrote:
