No, I don't think that everyone "suffers for their existence." See my comments on the recent suffering thread started by Bill. In general, I think that suffering talk in philosophical contexts tends to be very vague and dubious.

Have you ever suffered? And would you have done so if you were not created? If you weren't created, would 'you' have missed existemce, and it's potential for joy? The argument is very straight forward, but as I said to Hog's Choice (ad nauseum), you choose to see the argument from an extant POV, when you must look at it from the POV of not existing.
