IRS - Nothing prevents an individual from releasing their tax information during an audit.
Mr. Trump said during the republican debate. “I will absolutely give my return, but I’m being audited now for two or three years, so I can’t do it until the audit is finished, obviously. And I think people would understand that.”

What Trump is saying is that he can't release tax info during an IRS audit, which is not true. Obviously, nobody is required to release tax info, and anybody who does is either a dumbass or so desperate to be president that he is willing to prostitute himself this way.

What do you expect from a man who is known as a liar of breath-taking capacity if not just an all out compulsive liar? Trump's business reputation has never been one of honesty; fairness or honorability.
