Please, just because a Muslim was a war hero does not negate the fact that virtually every case of worldwide terrorism has an Islamic connection, nor does it negate the fact that there is no outcry from "peace-loving" Muslims, who I believe tacitly support what the terrorists are doing in support of the Quran, even though they wouldn't do it themselves.

You mean your confirmation bias doesn't allow you to search for such stuff and the press don't report it as the large bulk of Islamic scholars and Muslims of the world condemn such attacks.
You completely ignore that fundamentalist Islam has arisen exactly because of the cold-war between the Soviets and USA, the US's forays in the ME, the Russians destruction in Chechnya and the running sore that is Palestine and Israel.

Please, you can champion Islam all you want, but there is no general outcry that terrorists have hijacked the Islam religion because peaceful Muslims support sharia law just like the terrorists!

I don't champion any of you barking mad godbotherers, the world would be a better place if you all disappeared but this is a philosophy forum and your biased religious politics are obvious.

You mean you haven't bothered looking and even if you did your selective reading ability and confirmation bias would make you blind. Islam is not a monolithic entity any more than Christianity is.

Depends what you mean? Talking about religion is either metaphysics or theology, it's theology if one already assume the existence of a 'God'(that's you, the absolute fool) or if one is talking about it without assuming such a thing it's metaphysics or at best philosophy of religion. What you do is basically religious politics.
Well let's see, religion and the political are both listed in this philosophy forum. Maybe you should explain to Rick Lewis that he comes up far short in understanding what philosophy is all about!

“There has to come a point at which you say ‘enough,’” the president declared.
Obama cited Trump’s bitter public feud with Khizr and Ghazala Khan. Their son Humayun, a 27-year-old Muslim American Army captain, was killed by a suicide bomber in Iraq in 2004.
“The notion that he would attack a Gold Star family that had made such extraordinary sacrifices on behalf of our country, the fact that he doesn’t appear to have basic knowledge around critical issues in Europe, in the Middle East, in Asia, means that he’s woefully unprepared to do this job,”
