Roe v Wade decided that it was a violation of privacy to outlaw abortions, but there is no right to privacy guarenteed by the constitution. It seems Pro-Life is the just position.

Are you a complete idiot? Do you not understand that once the government decides it is illegal, It is out of the hands of the woman. Till then the choice is the woman's. It is her body which is carrying the fetus.

If you read the law it clearly states that murder is the illegal killing of a human being or fetus by another human being with malice aforethought. So if the woman kills the fetus with malice aforethought it is murder but if she kills it out of love then it isn’t murder. Her intent decides the law. The simple solution to the problem of shark fin soup is easily solved by making fetus soup more available. Once people are taught its benefits there will be less of a demand and hence less of a desire to kill sharks.
