The conscious Source of creation within which the earth is a part.

Don't know about you but I get meaning and happiness from friends, family, new experiences and just being alive.

I do also but there is also a deeper more basic part of me which is called to understand who I am, what I am, why am I here, and what the purpose of our universe is not just theoretically but experientially as well.

The earth including humanity supplies things and people acquire the sense of meaning from things. But things are temporary. Some are called to consciously develop in the direction of the eternal unchanging

Hobbes you have to right a book called "How to Preach Blind Belief and Blind Denial at the Same Time and appear educated." If someone asks me what the purpose of a car is I would say to transport human beings and things. The purpose of the universe is to transform substances. Well one is that, so far, no-one has been able to show this 'higher quality of consciousness' exists in any sense other than a psychological one.

It isn’t that the machine is conscious but that consciousness permeates the universe. The universe is governed by both universal laws and conscious influences. We may live in a conscious universe but that doesn’t make the machine conscious.
