Is there a God? If so, what is She like?

How are you 'realizing' 'it'?
By getting out of my head.

Pretty much.
There is nothing else that needs to be spoken of.
The Santa thing stands.
The specious shit about reefs does not.
Fine, but that is only to say your anosognosia is in full command.

What does that mean?
It means that God is 'known' in the sense color is known, but at a deeper level; a level our senses and intellect do not penetrate.

I don't know. It depends on what do you think it means.

Why do you label the basis of your peak experiences to be "God"? If you'd not been taught about deities how might you have interpreted the peak experiences that believers claim to be God? I've had peak experiences that a believer would definitely interpret as God. Yet couldn't our conceptions of God be superficial anthropomorphised notions of noumena that is far deeper again?

'Peak experiences' are mind candy.

Nothing is definite until perception (measurement, observation) makes it so: the set of classical laws is the average.

Pantheism and panentheism are two different terms referring to two different conceptual models.

That's actually exactly how kids know Santa. As far as color goes, here is how it works.

But it is interesting that you say that God is known at a level our senses and intellect do not operate. In such a case, how do you sense him, if you can only sense him at a level at which your senses do not operate? Also how do you know him if your intellect is incapable of intellecting him? I am assuming magic comes in here somewhere?

How many conceptual models are there of God? See? That is another point where God is different from Santa. Santa comes in only one model. God comes in a variety of them.

Also, if a pantheist and a panentheist meet at a bar, do they bitch about parentheses?

LOL! Again with the category error. Don't you think it would be a good idea to have some understanding of what you are criticizing? And by understanding, I don't mean the shell outlined in the original post. Anyways, why you think apophatic theology (which includes Zen) was invented? As for the color analogy, the how says nothing about the why.

I think you are a category error. There was no answer there as usual. Do you really actually believe that you have some special powers and abilities which transcend science which alow you to "know" things other mortals cannot? If you do, don't you think you should be using your abilities to do some good for humanity instead of bitching and pettily insulting other mortals who don't have your abilities and wasting your special time on a forum, talking?

You are wasting God given abilities by doing essentially nothing other than jabbering and bitching. It's a pity. You are sinking to our level when you are so much better than this. Sad and tragic waste of ability. Do you think God is happy with this crap you are wasting your abilities on?
