I was trying to make a point about what a person would do in the name of an imaginary god -- and there seem to be a lot of them. It's fascinating, don't you think? The shooter's X-wife said their marriage lasted all of 1 month and that the shooter was severely mentally ill and violent.

So this is a mental health issue.

One of the shooter's neighbors said the shooter hung out with neighbors who were openly gay. Therefore it is not yet clear if the shooter was gay as well. Maybe and maybe not.
