As far as the rest of the dozen major religions of the world go, I know a lot of people who derive great strength and courage from their own faith.

That is good for them. It doesn't mean that others need believe their claims.

It's not "their" claims. They are just following their own brainwashing.

Good for you too, that you don't need brainwashing for your own belief system, since you seem to have simply adopted it on your own.
