The expression poisoned chalice pops into the mind here. Luckily, on this occasion, the recipient already seem to have poisoned his own chalis so no harm done.Bill Wiltrack wrote:.
Wow! EXCELLENT post. Seriously.
I think I have said this before - I LOVE your perspective & your ability to articulate your thoughts.
Well done.

Bill doesn't appear to be a dark or satirical character, he appears to be a complete dickhead, which means that, if nothing else, he has integrity. As far as being sensitive is concerned he is on a par with rhino hide. If he were painfully aware of everything he would need to be put on suicide watch. His intelligence is not in question, he doesn't have any. How can you say he is endowed with exceptional cognitive abilities when he doesn't even seem to be able to recognise the level of his own ridiculousness? Yes, he is creative but he doesn't have the descency to pull the flush after he's finished creating it.Dontaskme wrote: People who sometimes appear as dark or satirical characters are not always what they appear to be; they may actually be just a little more sensitive than the average joe, they may experience a sense of being painfully aware of everything, they are usually very intelligent, endowed with exceptional cognitive or creative abilities.

I just ordered a pizza, now I'm not going to be able to eat the fucker, thanks very much.Dontaskme wrote:
That is the most beautiful truth Bill.
I sense your vibration. You have been given ''eyes to see'' and ''ears to hear'' so you have been blessed.
Yes, until others begin to see as you do.. the loneliness - the isolation can feel very real at times.
Let me remind you that you are not alone.

Ah. But he does it anyway... and I guess because he is somehow uniquely special, we aren't to point this out to him? Does he have no need for further self-reflection and awareness? I just find it interesting that you might show no restraint in what you say to someone else for supposedly "projecting"... but you will not respond the same way to Bill when he is "projecting".Dontaskme wrote: Bill knows about his projections.
Bill is not the only one here who is (as you describe): "they may actually be just a little more sensitive than the average joe, they may experience a sense of being painfully aware of everything, they are usually very intelligent, endowed with exceptional cognitive or creative abilities."
This actually describes me... and others, I'm sure! So I don't think that it is some unique attribute associated with a misunderstood "dark or satirical character". We can manifest ourselves in SO MANY WAYS. And what you say to one person, should (if it's the truth) apply to all... not just the ones you don't feel a kindred understanding with.
My whole point here has been to demonstrate how Bill (and perhaps you, now, too) set yourselves apart. Bill often speaks of what he knows that other people don't... and it's just his stuff from where he's at... and there's no reason other than self-glorification to frame things like that. When people do this... they fail to recognize the beauty and awareness in OTHERS. Hence, they can keep themselves locked down in their personal little kingdom of self glory. Based on much that you've said "Dontaskme"... such separatism doesn't seem to fit. And this is why I connected with some of your insights early on... but it seems you've shifted with this association you have with Bob... so I will leave you two to yourselves. The universe IS bigger and more connected than the both of you, though.

You really should keep away from matters of science in your posts. Although Bill remains the most complete idiot on the forum I'm delighted to see him being offered such impressive competition. An explanation for the mechanics of osmosis is available in any good high school biology book. I suggest you read one.Dontaskme wrote:interestingly, is a conscious dimension that enables water to defy gravity and travel up from the ground to the very top of a tree.

That's a great idea for a reader's poll. Of course, there would have to be a handicap system to accommodate Bill or it would be pretty pointless. I know Bill is already quite severely handicapped but that is what would give him the advantage in the first place, if you see what I mean. It may seem a little cruel to render Bill doubly handicapped like this but I can't see any way round it.Obvious Leo wrote:Although Bill remains the most complete idiot on the forum I'm delighted to see him being offered such impressive competition.

I thought manden was having a serious crack at the title but he seems to have left us in quest of greener pastures.Harbal wrote:That's a great idea for a reader's poll. Manden was just a one trick pony. Bill is a much more multi dimensional idiot, he seems to have the ability to make himself look stupid no matter what you throw at him.Obvious Leo wrote:

What you know about consciousness you can put into the brain of an amoeba completely enclosed in a reality which is its own creation. The only thing I can agree with is: A person's spiritual maturity and liberation bear fruit only when a person's ego progresses and matures.Dontaskme wrote:
The world is not fucked up. You are. Those bankers are extensions of you as conscious co-creators. As consciousness is all there is, it is free to express itself exactly as it sees itself; that is called free will. Intention is the rider of the will.
It makes no difference to consciousness how it appears to itself.. nothing appearing in consciousness can effect it's ever pristine condition, it's always perfect like the sky...it is unconditional. It doesn't care how evil or good it appears to itself, it remains ever pure to itself. It is in total abeyance and at the same time is totally unconditionally allowing of itself.
To say the world is fucked up is to project your subjective thought onto it. You create your own reality. If we all stopped believing the world was fucked then perhaps we'd get the world we want.
The world and what you think about it is your own creation. It's the way you are - not the way it is.
''We Don’t See Things As They Are, We See Them As We Are''
Consciousness is unconscious; only the mind is born not you. The mind is the ego. An evolved ego bridges the gap between subconscious mind and conscious mind to help one function in a more cohesive and evolved way. The ego only helps one to awaken from one's deep slumber of ignorance. Without ego you will never know that you are ignorant. A person's spiritual maturity and liberation bear fruit only when a person's ego progresses and matures.

Something about this scenario reminds me of how Gustav and Inglorious used to stroke each other. Remember that? It was their "brilliance" against everyone else! Now that Bob is back, maybe these guys can get together and form a church... or a band.
Why are there so many "uniquely and self-proclaimed insightful, gifted, and misunderstood" people like this? And they don't seem to notice the size of the crowd they are actually in. They are not alone... they are the new "normal".

You're probably right but I still reckon that "I am a little bit tool" was clearly a statement intended to knock out all the opposition at a single blow.Harbal wrote:Manden was just a one trick pony.
