The sun, minimal cloud cover, staying out of shaded areas, artificial lights while indoors including but not limited to: LED, CFL, halogen, incandescent and fluorescent.

1. That I woke up.
2. I think how fortunate I am to have all my arms & legs.....and in good workin gorder.
3. That I can (and do) get out of bed without being tethered to a machine.
4. I can get my own food and I have food in the house.
5. Coffee.
6. Etc...
I go through an appreciation of what is; that so many sadly do not have or can't...........
There is more, but I feel I shared the idea......
