Yes but I would like to know a LOT more about what's going on with this life, the universe and everything caper before shuffling off. The good part of the unknowing is finding things out. If we ever worked out life's mysteries we'd have to invent some new ones to unravel to stay challenged and entertained.

If they don't know you, how can they be in a position to judge? Not enough info. A lot of important things happen in the moments between what historically appears important. Look at what's most known in history - mostly wars and tech advancements. Yet what matters to us is the everyday, the moment.

What would that justification be based upon?

My justification is based on the fact that while I'm not too flash, nor are most of us. Maybe we expect too much sometimes?

What if you eliminated everything you consider personal? Your personal trail. Have you created something beyond your short personal interests?

We're pretty expendable outside of the personal sphere - like colonial bacteria or ants. Replaceable parts. If one wears out, get what you can from the carcass and move on. C'est la vie.
