BTW, UA, I think you're right about consciousness being problematic, but to then assert existence as a good thing, when it is the prerequisite for consciousness, is simply ass backwards.
But consciousness as soon as you become aware of it makes you aware - And that awareness is where all of
your value judgements come into play. The problem Humans have is that there is a defect in their awareness
- They are aware of values, higher ideals and potentials but for reasons we do not fully understand are incapable
{as of yet} of instituting their idealism. Have you ever even thought about how rapidly your technology could
progess if you stopped trying to find ways of destroying each other in useless and fruitless wars
