That humour can be used as a weapon, or to sit on others, for sure. But what does humour do for a conversation? Is it a way to kill conversation? Ha, ha, but seriously...
Being in social events, sometimes a joke can be extremely uplifting, but sometimes people making nudge, nudges all the time can be very irritating.

People used to laugh at themselves.
Now folks have notions to laugh at others.
One approach leads to mental toughness.

Problem with foreigners telling jokes is that especially the punchlines are best told at high speed. My english is above world average I think, but I got a little lost there. But I laughed merrily at the 60% I understood...Walker wrote:A clinically depressed professional

At 4:52 in the video, the professional speaks the truth.
He simply speaks the truth of the situation.
Gets a big laugh.
