They wear 'power' clothes to make themselves feel important, and give their jobs phony names that sound impressive to idiots but essentially mean nothing, all while speaking in a faux 'language' that no one understands, least of all themselves. US 'culture' is like an old Hollywood movie set, where you have only the fronts of the 'buildings', but nothing behind them.
