For example, if you have a car and want to start a taxicab business, you should not have to get an expensive permit dictated by the government in protection of other established taxicab interests. Things like that, which you may or may not fully understand.

Unike you bobby I appear to live in a more capitalist society than you as anyone can become a mini-cab driver over here but we also practice this social-cohesion that you yak about so we do insist you register and pay a fee to obtain a license that also requires one to be insured for carrying passengers and requires slightly stricter maintenance schedules, as this way we attempt to stop drunken uninsured yahoo's killing their passengers and running away. We're odd like that.
