My Philosophy of Life

Over the past few years, I have formulated my philosophy of life, a 14-page document that may be found at:

In the first half of the document, I present and defend a number of philosophical positions, starting with atheism and culminating with negative hedonism. I conclude that one should focus on achieving and maintaining peace of mind.

The second half of the document elaborates upon ways to maintain peace of mind. I have found many of these methods to be invaluable in practice.

I am sharing my philosophy in order to solicit feedback so that the document may be improved. Please feel free to provide feedback on any or all parts of the document.
