Should religion be favored over philosophy?

Is there a God? If so, what is She like?

It is a strange use of language to say the philosophy of religion.

Religions are theologies and to say the philosophy of a theology is weird.

Philosophy seeks to find the best rules and laws to live life by. Theology seeks the same.

To say that one rule seeking method can study another rule seeking method is weird language.

Saying philosophy of theology is weird.
