I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find that this 'point' has been made before, possibly on this very forum.
I have two questions, with corollaries -
1. Who programs all the animals? 1c. Why do they all behave so differently?
2. Isn't infinity big enough already? 2c. How does the pleasure of dead people increase it?

(Some of my colleagues are a bit hostile. I'm not sure whether it's from too much pain in their lives, not enough fibre in their diets, or they're just programmed that way.)
