The obvious choice
The obvious choice
Hi yall j/k. I wanted to join to see if my point of view has been in any philosophy. My point of view is we all will go through the exact same lives and as for free will, you are programmed to act as you do like an animal. Eventually we leave the lives of pain and get only pleasure that will increase infinity!

I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find that this 'point' has been made before, possibly on this very forum.UserName wrote:Hi yall j/k. I have two questions, with corollaries -
1. Who programs all the animals? 1c. Why do they all behave so differently?
2. Isn't infinity big enough already? 2c. How does the pleasure of dead people increase it?
(Some of my colleagues are a bit hostile. I'm not sure whether it's from too much pain in their lives, not enough fibre in their diets, or they're just programmed that way.)

That's forum hospitality, not hostility.
Re: The obvious choice
Ah, so we'll go with the fibre theory.
