Hi Arising,

I knew you'd come up with something ultra unique! Way cool. Reminds me of a performance I saw when I was a young woman. I was at a football game in philly and during half time they had an african dance company for entertainment. Some of the music sounded like this to me...I had never heard anything like it before and I sat mesmerized. Was bored the whole game and finally something i was interested in...that is until these bunch of red neck oafs started yelling behind me, "GO HOME NIGGERS!"

I whipped around and said (as sweet as you be,) " Either you shut your mouth and let me enjoy this or I'll come back there and shut it for you." He sat back down and never uttered a word after that. Maybe it was because my boyfriend at the time was a humongous wrestler, but whatever the reason, he shut up. :D

Nice story, Artistic Solution :-) Beautiful song, too!

I enjoy the fact that through this forum I listen to music that I never thought that existed. Wonderful exchange, I think.

And here's one of my favourite songs. The English version is not as moving as this one

ps. I love the fact that Arising or Psychonaut just post the songs they like, while we (women) share little stories, our mood etc. That's how the story goes: "Chatty" females, "taciturn" males   (if I have chosen the wrong words for one more time, just ignore me :-D)

Hello Arising, Efiie, bondi and everyone else out there listening....(said in my best Hollywood radio announcer's voice.)

Okay, here's one from back in my day. Sometimes a girls just got to dress up like Jessica Rabbit! It's just good for the soul, right girls? LOL

Loved your tunes arising...especially....

1.The Beatles video...so sweet...fresh young faced boys reminds me of the state between childhood and adulthood when you are innocent and naughty all at the same time...

2.Matt johnson's voice...sexy.

3.Can't touch this...reminds me of the time my husband and his friend were building something...nothing was going right so they began acting silly holding up their hammers..."HAMMERTIME DA DADADA DA DA DA DA!"

4. And last but not least...two little boys. That's the first time I ever heard that song....so sweet! Oddly enough it reminded me of the beatles song above...there's something so special about being on the threshold between childhood and becoming an adult. I enjoy watching that transition.

But you know this was the best ever version, apart from the original that is.

Hi Arising,

You're right...that is a good one. Although, I tend to gravitate toward the chick flick version. :D

I will leave you all with a part of Las Vegas. This is my favorite hotel on the strip, The Bellagio. Sadly. the film doesn't do this show justice. It is spectacular in person.

bondi wonderful avatar :-) Loved the song, too

Arising, did you go to the music market and you came back with so many songs? Nice :-)

Psychonaut, if you read this message, please post more songs. Dance music is not my favourite, but the one you posted (DJ Shadow The Organ Donor) went straight into the list with my favourites, so I'd love to hear more of your choices :-)
