Government prosecution for money laundering would be immediately abolished under the AEP. You should be able to carry bags full of money into and out of the United States without answering any questions whatsoever. Let the government investigate and prosecute actual illegal activity, but prosecuting people for so-called "money laundering" is a fictitious government ploy.
