In the USA you can be convicted of hate crimes.

How should society be organised, if at all?

That's where the American Energy Party (AEP) is different from any other political party on Earth. All candidates are approved, sanctioned and controlled by AEP headquarters. Where other parties and candidates raise and spend tremendous sums of money for political campaigns, the AEP operates through the Champagne Sherry Principle described earlier with no traditional advertising and promotional dollars spent at all.

What guarantee do you have that anyone would vote for your candidate by exercising the Champagne
Sherry Principle. Is it not just bribery but without the money and what exactly do you give the voters
anyway. What are non material goods. Goods are material by definition so that makes no sense at all
What is to stop an other political party from adopting the Champagne Sherry Principle if they wish to

What is to stop another company from adopting the Facebook principle? For the same reason that nobody can compete with the AEP run by me. And yes, it's bribery without the money, and we take care of voters 365 days a year instead of just at election time, my friend.
