Bernie Sanders For President

Post by artisticsolution »

He's my fav...I don't think he has a chance against Hillary, but I have always loved this man! Everything I have heard him say, I have not only agreed with, but have just adored the way he said it! I just hope he isn't too old for this gig. Give 'em Hell Bernie!

He looks normal to me (unusual for an American) and on wiki the US flag is hanging limply behind him, like an afterthought. That's good too.

Unfortunately that will never happen unless SCOTUS overturns the Citizens United decision. And that is highly unlikely.

Why didn't that dishonest son-of-a-bitch run for senator as a Socialist instead of an Independent? He couldn't pass a polygraph to save his godforsaken life!

Sanders wants
1. Net neutrality. That international corporations cannot censor the internet. In other words they cannot keep their crimes secret.
2. No TPP (NAFTA on steroids) that will make us lose our sovereignty to international corporations.
3. The return of our right to a trial.
4. The repeal of citizen's united. In other words that the 1% will no longer have control over political debate.
Sanders stands up for America! He is the only candidate that is a true patriot. That is why he will lose. The corporate controlled media will do everything in their power to make him look ridiculous. .

A little vague! Why can't you find a quote from him that is ridiculous?

Well, let's go in another direction. How about the fact that he represented himself as an Independent to get elected senator from Vermont, when in fact that was just a ridiculous ploy?

If that is your only complaint about Sanders, then it applies to almost all politicians.
There are many Rhinos and many Dems that are very conservative. I actually voted for Millican for MI govenor (over the Dem)
Like most politicians he does not hold every position his party takes. In that sense he is an independent.

Actually, statistics prove that uping the minimum wage increases employment. More people with money (that they earned as opposed to those, stock market etc, that bet on workers productivity ) means more sales and therefore more jobs to produce those goods.
Workers create value.
The bankers and stock market create nothing of value.
As the old proverb says, if it wasnt for the poor the rich would have to eat their money.
