Since Arising hasn't woken up yet, let me tell you why you're a gnu, weeb, or whatever. If you had ever read a book, you would know that that quote is very old and did not originate with Dexter.
IF you were a more astute reader you would realize that I did not state that the character Dexter was the originator of that quote...It's just that I quoted Dexter when he stated that quote in the context of the 2nd season 7th episode.
Um, initially this idea may sound crazy but try to think about this for a while, What if you actually commentated upon the theme of the thread instead of attempting to attack the original poster right off the rip?

Yanks view everything from the perspective of TV or 'movies'. Ever noticed how when they are being interviewed after some newsworthy event (eg. 11/9), they will invariably say 'It was just like a movie' ? It doesn't occur to the morons that movies are trying to emulate the REAL world. They have it all backwards. Artificial people, with an artificial view of everything.

Kill one man, and you are a murderer. Kill millions of men, and you are a conqueror. Kill them all, and you are a god.

Whether it is here upon this forum or any and all other forums upon the internet or even in real life, we only know others from whatever they choose to show us and even then, only from that what we wish to see of that.
I'm not sure I would label it stupid as much as I would tend to call it human nature.
