"Reply in Kind", I tend to post a response that is on the level of the post being responded to. Post something civil on a topic that is of interest to me and I'll "reply in Kind". Most people, like me, can lower themselves to reply to a less than civil post, but some people, like Trixie, already at the bottom, find it impossible to raise their standards.
No Doc, you are very apt at slinging the mud and if it gets too sticky you shift blame and post "I reply in kind", this on a philosophy forum, fencing sitting is not acceptable.

Lift your game Doc.

I am with Trixie on this one.
It appears that you don't like my post in explanation, but it is what it is and I can't change the way things are. What you perceive as fence sitting is really me just holding my say when it appears that no-one will appreciate or understand it, which is often the case, "When in the company of fools, keep your own counsel". It's good that you like Trixie, it's a dirty job but someone has to do it. The "Reply in Kind" still applies here, I don't need to "Lift me game" to meet this post.

Right, noone cares. Thanks for your continued efforts to devolve these forums into a soap-opera though.

Oh, I should have known, it was you all along. Excuse me for not putting you in any high importance in my mind.

The ignore list works just as well. Just curious, who did you think I was over there?

Didn't pay you much mind, just thought you were some old man who trailed me from these forums.

Ah! so you really don't know, and my anonymity is still safe over there.

That doesn't even make sense, you already gave it away ten seconds ago.

That was a rather ineffective bluff.
