A lead ball will not fall at roughly the same rate as a tennis ball, but at the same rate.

Even the metal feather will achieve greater "terminal velocity" if it is oriented vertically rather than horizontally. If anything, your statement should be addressed to Hobbes, not me, I'm full aware of the aerodynamics involved. Hobbes claimed that a tennis and lead ball would fall at the same time. A metal feather would be more than enough to pull off the trick that it fell at roughly the same time at the small distance (3 feet) depicted in the moon video.
