On Heaven & Hell, God and the Meek
On Heaven & Hell, God and the Meek
On Heaven & Hell, God and the Meek
The argument of whether there is or is not a god, and the same over the existence of heaven, should not be the goal, as much as the goal should be the journey for what is within. The ultimate journey of knowing thyself is what frees one from the bondages of a mundane existence, an existence of what has been called illusion...this everyday life of dualities, of the ego, of suffering, pain, death...and although there is indeed the opposite, i.e., times of joy, times of health, moments of knowing a sense of freedom, these moments are but passing....but when we learn to accept life in its present moment, the now, we allow ourselves an ultimate freedom from our ego life, one that does not bother with the mind games of dualities, the comparisons of one against another. Being in the 'now' does not allow the mind to become us, but rather a tool to assist in defining existence.
The argument for or against 'god' may be endless, but a state of 'godliness' is attainable...freedom in its full manifestation...a transcendence of the mundane, the illusional...the attainment of not religion, but religiosity, that swells within, and opens all doors of perception, and releases us to full consciousness. This state can be called 'heavenly' without great distortion or without any religious connotations - heavenly is a state that anyone can attain with or without the use of a religion.
Religion has no ownership over heaven or hell, or even god... these words are defining states of mind which is within each and every person, although finding these 'places of mind' may be aided by religion. To become aware of our true being, our original face, our individuality that begs to begift us is a journey that religion, in its purest sense, should guide us to these goals, but unfortunately religion, as it has become for most, is more of a barrier to finding the true Self.
Religion itself is not to blame but the priestly caste that controls the strings of religion. They as a whole are not much better, and sometimes even worse, than politicians - both seek control over others. Priests seek control over people's moral and private lives... Politicians seek control over people's social, outward lives.
The sad thing about this is that the majority of priests (no matter what religion they belong) and the majority of politicians (no matter their party) do not fully understand what they are doing to people. Only those in the hierarchy of religion or politics understand the power they wield and they will hold it tightly and by doing so, hold those followers tightly to their belief systems.
It is always the few that wreak havoc upon the many - politicians call for war, priests call for fear and guilt. The flocks are obedient. They have been convinced that they, the majority... the lesser in comparison to the priest or politician, must rely upon the way of these same priests and politicians. It has been the way for mankind since the beginning... and the people keep eating the words in hope of finding something called salvation.
What the majority do not understand is that god is their god - it lies within them. What the majority do not understand is that Heaven & Hell are within them.... frames of mind, not geographical locations. Do loyal followers of religion not know that their Jesus, their Mohammed, their Moses, their religious founders are but human beings that found the light within their own selves? Do not loyal followers of one political thought know that whatever system that they blindly follow is but a theory based upon a thought process of a man or a group of people passing around their own thoughts regarding what is best for the society which they politically control?
Obviously, we know the answer to these questions - majorities have no clue. They have no clue because they were never given the tools to find their own voice, their own path. They were told and told again that they had to do what the priest said, what the politician said. That in turn weaken the majority and strengthened the priest and politician... something that they enjoy!
Power is an addictive thing. Give anyone a bit of power and they will want more. It doesn't matter where the power comes from - money or authority, but we humans like that... it feels good to become powerful in even just a small way - the supervisor of a group of sales people in Walmart, an assistant manager of a convenience store... all the way up to a General of a military base. Whatever we have been elevated to, we have been elevated by a person.. a living, breathing, error-making, imperfect human, just like ourselves. These power positions are only as permanent as the loyalty to the more powerful.
But the real power is within us. The power of this quality that has been called God, that has been called Allah, nirvana, emptiness... whatever the word is it is referring to a state achieve where realization of our true being is found.
There are many that walk the Earth that have found their individuality, their own voice, their own god and with that finding a new essence of compassion comes with it.
Compassion is the highest form of love and with it those that have found themselves no longer desire to fight and disagree with the priest and politician.. no longer do they seek to confront those that don't get it... they are free from that pettiness. Those that have found their voice now speak peacefully. Those that have found the light within now see that same light in others, no matter their lot in life. Those that have found the heavenly now bask in its radiance and no of no other love but the true love for all of life. They have become what the Bible has called the meek... they have inherited not just Earth but Life.
These enlightened souls no longer need priests or politicians to guide them. They walk the path of understanding and acceptance of those that do not yet understand.

Nothing new heard this new age mumbo all before. You are probably a meat-eater yet speaks about compassion.
PS: You probably feel euphoric because you have a chemical mental advantage over others, nothing more.

Heaven and Hell both are on the earth and every person can feel like heaven and hell once in a lifetime.
Re: On Heaven & Hell, God and the Meek
Hardly a comment deserving of someone so self-enamored as to call their self "great and wise" which more appropriately is "grate and whys" given your attitude and multiple questions you have for the people more than generous to be kind to you.GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:Nothing new heard this new age mumbo all before. Hardly a comment at all. Rude as mine was it was a response to the topic at hand. However I have yet to notice you bother to actually put forth any kind of semblance of anything other than scolding and trying to act like you are my superior giving patronizing advice, when all you do is give me lectures about "attitude adjustment" like some high-school gym-teacher.mtmynd1 wrote:Hardly a comment deserving of someone so self-enamored as to call their self "great and wise" which more appropriately is "grate and whys" given your attitude and multiple questions you have for the people more than generous to be kind to you.GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:Nothing new heard this new age mumbo all before. With each reply of yours you continue down the rabbit hole of your own making, Trixie-lips. The responses you get from me (and many others I have noted) are merely responses to your own infantile comments meant to harm but backfire on you, leaving you standing stupid in the face of the reader.
You get back what you put out, period. No mystery, no mistake on the part of others. You are to blame for your own shortcomings and you do know what they are, I assume..?

I'm not trying to be picky, (well maybe I am), but don't you mean "Grate and Whine"?

No it's you. You're still going on with your pathetic guidance counselor charade, not commenting a word on the actual thread topics I brought.mtmynd1 wrote:But yet you have already dismissed what you have written regarding my post!GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:

I have shortcomings, tiredness. Tired of dealing with the same human behaviors, day in, day out. This is a philosophical forum, not a soap opera. Discuss the topics I mentioned (about your own thread) or get lost.
I've had my share dealing with mother types and guidance counselours by the way, most of them are stupid hypocrites. I don't wish to hear their peanut gallery comments, echoes, and self-help guides any further.

You must have a short term memory problem, "grate and whine" (TY, thedoc). You have not commented in an clear and meaningful way this very thread I have started and yet you make the foolish statement (above)GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:"... not commenting a word on the actual thread topics I brought."
I did follow various threads you've chimed in on and quite frankly have not been impressed by anything you have written... nothing but the audacity you continue to flaunt on these boards.GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:Discuss the topics I mentioned (about your own thread) or get lost.
You needn't have mentioned this. I was well aware of your streak of anger almost immediately when you answered my first reply. You continue using in (poor) defense of your ill-chosen words which you cast at people who are trying to be kind to you. Most, if not all, the contributors around these boards who have been around for quite some time have seen people like yourself... young, defiant, out to prove yourself using any means possible to make a "splash" on the boards. Sadly, it's all an effort to build up your ego tarnished by those "mother types and guidance counselours" you believe to be "stupid hypocrites."GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:"I've had my share dealing with mother types and guidance counselours by the way, most of them are stupid hypocrites..."
I'm sorry you haven't recognized these boards enjoy the variety of voices that act in a mature manner. Those that buck that do not last long... victims of their own ineptness to communicate intelligently without the needless use of name calling.

Time for you to buck up and start being mature. You call me trixie-lips every chance you get. Then you whine like an NBA player about it when you get hurt back. I'm not afraid to be rude, and say it like it is. You are. That is why you are inferior. You also believe that you are here to help me, when it's really just to help yourself on your pathetic quest to patronize me.mtmynd1 wrote:You must have a short term memory problem, "grate and whine" (TY, thedoc). I'm rude? So what? I'm not afraid, whereas heaven help it if someone perceives you as rude. Of course you have something to prove. I don't. I know how humans are. Many in the crowd will reject what I have to say because of their own emotions, then come back a few months later finally realize I was right all along. It's the human way.
I've dealt with people like you in group discussions. They usually make themselves into leaders and try to silence anyone else, arbitrarily defining what can and cannot be said, whilst breaking their rules and continuously playing the victim. We run them out and turn them into a laughing stock. I am not the victim, I am the aggressor. But so are you. Admit to it. You aren't here to help me, just to help yourself feel good for believing you helped me, using trick tactics and condescending advice. Admit you are the villain. Genuine help doesn't call people "Trixie-lips."
Now, back to the topic at hand, perhaps you did not understand my words. What I'm saying is the only reason you feel the way you do is because you have a chemical advantage. In essence, the devil's bet. If you had the life of Job (a book in the Bible) you would not be so noble towards life at all. Job was a fool for not turning on God, just as anyone who does not wish for the destruction of the Universe is a fool for continuously putting their faith in life, like a masochist who continually puts themselves out there only to get spat on. Difference between you and me is I find spit delicious. Life however is anything but delicious, even though spit is a part of life.
I'm also calling you out on your hypocrisy of compassion, if you are a meat-eater that is. So what's it gonna be, discussion of the important things, or much ado about nothing?

It's a common trope, as it stands many adults and elders are more foolish than many kids. Not a child, but I don't see how being an adult homosapien is a good thing.thedoc wrote:Oh my goodness, Trixie is calling someone else out to be mature, isn't that rich, the child telling others to grow up.GreatandWiseTrixie wrote: Time for you to buck up and start being mature.

'Trixie' = 'tricksy'... lips or that from which your words shoot out like a cannon. You are all tricks when it comes to defending yourself or judging others.GreatandWiseTrixie wrote:
You call me trixie-lips every chance you get.
O, but you are so very afraid... your fears of being misunderstood are clearly in the forefront... and the fear of being ignored is obvious. Especially perceptible when you make the claim:I'm rude? So what? I'm not afraid...
"Many in the crowd will reject what I have to say because of their own emotions, then come back a few months later finally realize I was right all along."
Your continuing rant of this self-righteousness you insist on displaying every chance you get is running thin... boring, repetitious self-righteousness that just doesn't hold true. But you will continue bantering like an ignored child, screaming for attention, going from board to board to show what a nauseating piece of hu'manity you really are because you, yourself, simply refuse to accept who you really are. It freaks you the fuck out and you will continue this lie of fooling yourself as really being "great and wise", something you have concluded and decided, hey! why not? Nobody will ever challenge me if I just keep tossing words out to back up this charade you're playing.
Another admission that you have sought help or someone has concluded that you are in need of help. This is a good thing, Ms Trixie, but don't deny this assistance when professionals offer it. You obviously have rejected most of the advice groups have given under the false assumption you "know it all", and enforce that with the "great and wise" crap you toss out... tidbits of information you've read here and there.I've dealt with people like you in group discussions.
Clarify this foggy comment of yours. It all sounds like more babble you've picked up along the streets of drug-induced alleyway preachers who have abused life. What I'm saying is the only reason you feel the way you do is because you have a chemical advantage. In essence, the devil's bet.
Unbelievable comment here! "anyone who does not wish for the destruction of the Universe is a fool for putting their faith in life.." Wow! and to continue "like a masochist!!!" Over the top, especially given that you find spit delicious. If that is not an admission to your general view of life, o great and wise, then you are simply in continual denial of your need for help.If you had the life of Job (a book in the Bible) you would not be so noble towards life at all. Job was a fool for not turning on God,Ah... here comes the evidence of those street preachers which you've believed in...

The more you write here the more delusional you become in revealing those delusions publicly. If others around these boards find you wonderfully wise and even great, so be it. But be assured I am not one of them, as you well know and that in itself you find troublesome and quickly come out to defend with every post I make.
And now I await your reply to see how much further you will dig your own hole...

Retard #1. Makes comment a few hours prior stating I am a child, then later posts that I am an adult.thedoc wrote:Try it, (admitting who you really are), you might learn something.GreatandWiseTrixie wrote: but I don't see how being an adult homosapien is a good thing.

1...2...3...Go!
Retard #2. A robot who just mindlessly parrots everything he hears without any kind of reflection. Examples below:
Trixie says "
"I've dealt with people like you in group discussions.
Retard ignores the part about the leader of said group discussions being a general dictator, idiot, and all around control freak. Retard ignores the main content of the story. Retard has this to say of the story:
Retard assumes said group discussion was some kind of "group therapy" discussion or some kind of group to seek help. Retard assumes things that were never stated or implied. Retard does not understand what kind of group meeting it was. Retard also forgets that we kicked out said leader of group because they were acting in a generally retarded manner, like said retard himself.Another admission that you have sought help or someone has concluded that you are in need of help. This is a good thing, Ms Trixie, but don't deny this assistance when professionals offer it. You obviously have rejected most of the advice groups have given under the false assumption you "know it all", and enforce that with the "great and wise" crap you toss out... tidbits of information you've read here and there.
Example 2:
Retard has this to say for himself:
mtmynd1 wrote:"Over the top, especially given that you find spit delicious. If that is not an admission to your general view of life, o great and wise, then you are simply in continual denial of your need for help. "
Retard says that enjoying deviant things like spit are signals that deviants are "in need of help." Retard has outdated mindset, similar to the robotic patterns of antiquated christians who try to "cure" homosexuality.
Example 3:
mtmynd1 wrote:Unbelievable comment here! "anyone who does not wish for the destruction of the Universe is a fool for putting their faith in life.." Wow! and to continue "like a masochist!!!"
Retard is unable to entertain the opinion that life is a bad thing, or the virtues of masochism and sacrifice. This is because he is a simple robot unable to surpass his programming, parroting that "life is good" "life is good" over and over like a broken machine. Trixie is well aware of his standard perspective, but robot cannot comprehend Trixie's perspective.
Example 4:
Trixie doesn't know what to make of this comment. She is most likely dealing with some average homo sapien male that she would encounter in the real world, who's head is filled with silly things like "street preachers" "back alley ways" and similar lore. Trixie doesn't really understand some of it's statements, because she would be backtracking herself to understand the lower level of the common man.mtmynd1 wrote:Ah... here comes the evidence of those street preachers which you've believed in...If you had the life of Job (a book in the Bible) you would not be so noble towards life at all. Job was a fool for not turning on God,
Example 5:
Retard claims said comment is foggy because his own mind is foggy. Retard also parses the comment incorrectly, not stating the devil's bet which was clarified in the comment. Retard also indicates that he partially understands the comment with his drug-reference, yet continues to ask for clarification. Trixie does not wish to clarify as she finds this behavoir humorous.mtmynd1 wrote:Clarify this foggy comment of yours. Don't know what hu'manity is, is that some kind of advanced form of humanity? Humanity is nauseating, naturally I would distance myself from it. Being human is similar to a transgender being born in the wrong body, except a bit worse because there's no corrective surgery. Accepting being human is like giving up when someone tries to rape you. Stand tall, reject your humanity to the very end, die with dignity.
mtmynd1 wrote:You are afraid of being ignored
Speaking of being ignored, you seem to ignore my comment about your hypocrisy of meat-eating. I know at this point you are a meat-eater because you ignore my comments so well, like a politician. I am afraid of being ignored, most vegans are, because we genuinely care about humans and animals. It sickens us when you chimpanzees argue with our wise teachings, it is like like kids not listening to their mothers, constantly torturing animals with sticks. Quite nauseating really.

This is true, because this forum, and the macrocosm of the world, are saturated with lowlevel humans. Naturally their delusions are infectious. Not even I can escape the radioactive effects of the idiocy that surrounds me.
